As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the rustic charm of Casa Roan. the beautiful surrounding countryside and inviting dining room filled with atmosphere transported us to another period. the meals, from the incredible soup to the tender beef and fresh fruit, were absolutely delicious and plentiful. We also appreciated the opportunity to experience local culture and lifestyle, as the property is owned and operated by the 5th and 6th generations of a gracious family farm.
Felt like in a fairy tale, no complaints.

The hotel had a beautiful setting with well-maintained grounds and gardens, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The dinner served at the hotel was exceptional, with delicious traditional Spanish cuisine and generous portions.- The hotel offered a pickup service from a nearby location, making it convenient for guests who are walking the Camino.
The communication and pickup process was confusing and could have been better organized, causing some inconvenience and discomfort for solo travelers. The timing of dinner was not clear, leading to confusion and discomfort for guests who were expecting to have their meal at a certain time.

The rustic charm of the old farmhouse created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners provided excellent service, offering a free pick-up and drop-off service from the trail, making it convenient for us with our children. The rooms, though small, were very comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the food. The owners prepared a delicious feast of Galician specialties, served in generous portions, and at a reasonable price. The whole family enjoyed the shared dining experience, and the kids especially loved trying the local dishes.
For families with children, it would be great to have some outdoor activities or a play area for the little ones.
